She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Medina Graytan; her daughter Maria Guadalupe Zuniga; and her parents, Jose Natividad Herrera and Manuela Valadez Mercado of Herrera. She is survived by: her children, Juan Medina, Carlos Herrera, Manuela Lomeli and Sara Mendoza; and her siblings, Santos Herrera and Jacinto Herrera. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren, 4 great - great grandchildren.
