He is survived by: his parents, Suzy Whitehead and Darryl Whitehead; his sister Amber Welborn; his niece Kylee Welborn; his nephew Cohl Welborn; his significant other Kayla Williams; his grandparents, Resa Ergle and Kay Ergle; and his aunts and uncles, Johnathan Ergle (Nicole), Jason Trapp, Evette Trapp, Christy Trapp, Julia Wilson (Josh), Donna Hall and Deborah Daughtery. He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
