She is survived by: her husband James "Shine" Maddox of Columbus, GA; her sons, Jody Bruce Jacobs (Stacy) of Birmingham, AL and Kerry Bruce Maddox of Phenix City, AL; her daughter-in-law Jacqueline Hicks of Lato, AL; her siblings, Eloise Hicks-Brown of Phenix City, AL, Shirley Mae Hicks of Orlando, FL, Lisa Hicks of Phenix City, AL, Edward Charles Hicks (Mamie Blanchard) of Montgomery, AL and Curtis Hicks of Phenix City, AL; her friend Jonathon Griffin; and her aunt Beatrice Holmes of Phenix City, AL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives.
