We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2023, at the age of 60, William Rufus Lowman Jr. of Phenix City, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rufus Lowman, Sr. and Sallie Mae Carson Lowman; and his brother Johnny Lowman. He is survived by: his children, William Rufus Lowman, III, Shamire Watson, Shenteria Owens, Quarsha Cochran (Randico), Brittany Fuller (Taraton) and Shanrionara Lowman; and his sisters, Daisy Thomas, Eula Williams, Ingra Baker (Anthony) and Dannette Glenn. He is also survived by grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
