He is survived by: his children, Carmen Evans and Matthew Evans (Brandie); his siblings, Carol Chrisman, Marvin Evans (Gayle) and Larry Evans (Dale); his grandchildren, Sarah Ann Evans, Racheal Emily Tomski (Clay), Regan Williams, Bradley Keeter (Madison) and Benjamin Evans; and his great grandchildren, Oaklyn and John Palmer. He is also survived by several extended family and caring friends.
