With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernon D. Jamieson of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. Jamieson and Emmie Lee Jamieson (Dunaway); his wife Marcia Delane Jamieson; and his siblings, Donald Wayne Jamieson, Betty Gail McArdle and John David Jamieson.

He is survived by: his children, Wayne Jamieson (Regina), Marcia Shirley (Ronny), Angela Jamieson and Vickie Humphries (Jim); and his brother Curtis Jamieson (Patty). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
