She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Alexander Smith (Robert D. Smith) and Robert Smith; and her brothers, Marcus Smith and Bryant Smith. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Jones (Amy) and Lakesha Jones-Goodman (Leversoy "Luke"); her grandchildren, Jenessa Jones, Sharneice Hatcher, Dre Hatcher (Lil Will), Rodney Jones, Jr., Renaya Jones and Ramiah Jones; her great grandchild Marcel Paul; her siblings, Larry Winn and Verlinda Chaney (Eddie); and also Sheila "Precious" Ellis. She is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces/nephews, and a host of close friends.
