She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryant Mulkey, Sr. and Mary Watson Mulkey; and her daughter Elizabeth Ann White. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Conrad; her children, Tonya Joanna Johnson (Cody), Michele Smith (Jay), Cassandra Jean Jones (James), Jessica Conrad Preston (Adam) and Robert James Conrad (Jessica); and her siblings, Sherry Gray (Vance), Bryant H. Mulkey, Jr. (Sally), Wallace E. Mulkey (Susan) and Michael D. Mulkey (Denise). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many caring friends.
