He is survived by: his wife Lynda Davis Kinney; his brother Eugene Lee Kinney (Arlyn); his children, Terry Lance Kinney (Usha), Jason Mark Kinney, Matthew Dudley Kinney, Carla Cole Penton (Sim) and Lori Cole Hadley (Steven); his grandchildren, Rustin, Rachel, Hannah, Andrew and Ellie; his nephew Eugene; and his niece Martha Lynn Montague Barrett (Don Abrams).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Terry's honor be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, the Phenix City-Russell County Library, or a charity of your choice.
