She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Wynn and Alice Lockhart Fuller; her husband Jerry Thomas Cook; her son Mark Cook; her sister Lavonia Wynn; and her grandson Curtis Culpepper.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Cook Culpepper (Michael) of Smiths Station, AL, Terri Cook of Phenix City, AL and Cindy Cook Harris (Bryan) of Phenix City, AL; her grandchildren, Stacy Flynn Cox (Charlie), Jessica Cook, Christie Smith (Jimbo), Kayla Harris and Jessica Harris; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Massey and Dylan Hadley; her great great grandchild Ollie Massey; and her nieces, Mickey Cook and Tina Harbin.
