It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosie Mae Phillips of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Buena Vista, Georgia, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norris Clifford Palmer and Margaret Jarrell Palmer; her husband Dana Phillips; and her children, Fay Myers and Clifton Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Paula Boutin (Frank) of Phenix City, AL and Matthew "Matt" K. Phillips of Columbus, GA; her siblings, Melba Elliot of Columbus, GA and C. J. Palmer of Canton, GA; and her grandchildren, Michael Alan Phillips (Nicole) of Howell, Tina Michelle Daugherty (Will) of Thomaston, GA, Brandon Thomas Myers (Cathy) of St. Augustine, FL, Teresa Brooke Mainor (Bryce) of Shiloh, GA, Amber Fayth Bohannon (Shannon) of Columbus, GA, Daniel "Dana" Frank Phillips (Samantha) of Smith Station, AL, Erika Rose Poole of Columbus, GA and Katelynn Elizabeth Rammage of Phenix City, AL. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
