She was predeceased by: her husband Jackson Cook Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Aubrey Allen (Raemona) of Midland, Lillian Hunter (Clarence) of Ft. Mitchell, Micheal Chambers (Deborah) of Tampa, FL, Auburn of Tampa, FL, Diane Porter of Tampa, FL, Faye Thomas of Columbus and Jeff Summberlin of Ladonia; and her grandchildren, Willie Deloney (Tamika), Lolita McClendon (Carl), Clarence Hunter (Shatoya), Micheal Chambers (Dorothy), Aubrey Chambers (Elise) and Shantavia Crowell (Enrique).

Viewing was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church (201 S Seale Rd, Phenix City, AL 36869).
