He is survived by: his wife Janet Lora Gibbons of Phenix City, AL; his children, William Dinnie Jeter (Angela) of Columbus, GA and Lorie Ann Steele (Warren) of Columbus, GA; his grandchildren, William D. Jeter, Jr., Jodie Jeter, Clint Gibbons, Jared Gibbons and Tiffany Grimsley; and his siblings, Terry S. Gibbons, Paula J. Grimsley, Scott Gibbons and Terry Sanford Gibbons.
