It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggie Smith of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Watson and Florence Watson; and her husband Thomas Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Renee; her friend William Ponder (Bill); her son-in-law Michael Williams; her daughters, Donna Rump and Gina; her son-in-law Michael McDuffie; and her sons, Jeffery (Joyce Ann Smith) and Danny (Linda Smith). She is also survived by 18 grandkids and 34 great grandkids and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
