She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Powell and Annie Powell; and her husband Dwight M. Norton. She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Eiler (Mike); her granddaughter Kelsey Eiler; her brothers, Donald Powell and Otis Powell; and her sisters-in-law, Mae Powell and Charlotte Powell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
