It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia W. Bonaker of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Paul Wilkinson and Pauline Fossler Wilkinson; and her siblings, Mary Peterson and David Wilkinson. She is survived by: her husband David Frank Bonaker of Phenix City, AL; her children, Paula Bonaker of Tucker, GA, Michael Bonaker of Gurley, AL, David Bonaker of Tucker, GA and Matthew Bonaker of Phenix City, AL; and her grandchildren, Zachary Bonaker (Ashley), Lauren Jenkins (Ed), Miles Bonaker, Nicholas Bonaker and William Bonaker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other loving family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home - Columbus (4048 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Matthew Lutheran Church (4026 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to the Parkinson's Foundation, Columbus Hospice, or St. Matthew Lutheran Church in loving memory or Mrs. Patricia Bonaker.
