It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Spaid of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Wilburn and Rosco Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Charles Spaid; her sisters, Dr. Jean Keel, Cristal and Susan Simmons; her sons, Rodrick Wilburn (Sonya), Donta Wilburn (Angela) and Jawand Wilburn (Joy-Gina); her cousin Tommy Wilburn; and her sister Spaid. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a large host of relatives and friends.
