She was predeceased by: her mother Debra Sue Endres Spurlin; and her grandparents, Jimmy, Betty Spurlin, Gary and Diana Endres.
She is survived by: her father Michael Spurlin; her sister Morgan Winfield (Steven); her grandmother Betty Jean Endres Coulter; her aunt Marsha Byrd (Jeff); her uncles, Joey Endres (Tori) of Phenix City, AL. and Danny Spurlin (Renee) of Phenix City, AL.; her friend Paige Wright; and her boyfriend Ryan Ferguson.
