It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lena Hamilton of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Ruth Stuart Roberts and Fate Roberts; her husband Lonnie G. Hamilton; and her son-in-law Edward Allen O'Steen. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Hamilton O'Steen and Julie Hamilton Jennings (Bobby); her siblings, Emmie Botts (Mervin) and Jerry Roberts (Shirley); her grandchildren, Jamie O'Steen Buckner, Allen O'Steen, Jr. (Kristy), Andrew Blake O'Steen, Leslie N. Willett (Daniel), Beth Jennings Owen (Allen) and Brian Jennings (Lori); and her great grandchildren, Alanna Andrews, Cullen O'Steen, Camden O'Steen, Madison Willett, Gracie Willett, Ella Willett, Allen Owen, Andrew Owen, Gavin Jennings and Hudson Jennings. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other extended family members, and many friends.
