She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert Chapman and Gladys Jowers Chapman; and her siblings, Faye Cranford, Gene Chapman and Wayne Chapman.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Chavana of Phenix City, AL; her children, Vikki Thomas, Ricky Richards, Sr. and Pamela "Pam" Richards; her sister Diane Pavlick; her grandchildren, Brandi Thomas, Brooke Thomas Turner, Colby Malloy (Patrick), Kinsey Rolling (Seth) and Ricky Richards, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Landon Harris, Abe Rolling, Charlie Jane Rolling, Ellie Rolling and Carson Turner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
