He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Franklin Loughry Sr. and Edna Mae Delawder Loughry. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Hale Loughry; his stepchildren, Doyle Campbell (Angela) of Augusta and Chrystal Carr (Brandon) of Des Moines; his grandsons, Cameron, Weston and Jackson Carr; his siblings, Sharon Thompson, Shandra Green of Taneytown, Glenda Woener of Orrpanda, June Bitzel of Westerminster and Ronald Hartmann of Westminster Maryland; and his pet Coco. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lakewood Baptist Church (LBC) Benevolence Fund or LBC Food Bank.
