He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Cline; his children, Bradley Segars, Ricky Segars (Chelsea), Lloyd Richard Leon Segars (Heather) and Susan Jones; his stepdaughters, Charlotte Swartout, Donna McClure (Alan) and Betty Hill (Christopher); and his siblings, Ellen McCoy (Logan), Sandra Martinez (Rocky) and Van Segars (Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
