With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lizzie Lewis of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on October 7, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Lewis and Laura Hunter Lewis; her siblings, Eddie Lee Smith, James "Tank" Lewis, Matthew "Sonny" Lewis, Maggie Chambers and George "Noon" Lewis; and her niece Elease Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughter Yvette Tellis; her son-in-law Kenneth Tellis; her grandchildren, James and Kristen Tellis; and her sisters, Minnie Rutledge, Juanita James and Mattie Ford. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
