He is survived by: his wife Tyra L. King; his children, Ashley King of Phenix City, Alabama, Delewis Collier of Phenix City, Alabama, Cody Bellamy of Phenix City, Alabama, Damian Gordon of Phenix City, Alabama, Thalia "Faye" Hardin (Lawrence) of Phenix City, Alabama and Tasha of Phenix City, Alabama; his sister Annie Phillips (Larry) of Columbus Georgia; his parents-in-law, Betty Davis of Phenix City, Alabama and Frank Lewis of Washington; his sisters-in-law, Rosie King, Greta Sullivan (Norbert) and Persefiney Veasly (Al); his nieces and nephews, Kenneth Lewis, Ernest Simmons (Amanda), Brandon Simmons, Amber Miles (Jeremy), Ashley Simmons and Timothy King (Corrina); and his brother Forest "Butch" Bowyer. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
