She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley Pitts, Sr. and Laurena Pitts; and her brother Silas Pitts, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Tyler John-Michael Williams; her siblings, John Pitts, Jr. (Adonis), Carl Pitts, Beverly Gordon, Gwenevera Pitts (Sabian) and Trina Pitts-Brunn (Winston); and her cousins, Gloria Miller-Holliday, Dorothy Huling and Annie Campbell-Austin.
