She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Evans Ward, Sr. and Mary Bethel Teel Ward; her husband Don Melvin Gill; and her siblings, Arthur Lee Ward, Julian Evans Ward, Jr. and Tina Ward Simmons.
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Steven Gill of Phenix City, AL and Rev. Mike Gill (Ruth) of Rupert, ID; her sister Clara Ponder of Phenix City, AL; her grandchildren, Autumn Clark (Callie), Crystal Thompson and Matthew Gill (Kim); and her great grandchildren, Aurora Gill, Ava Thompson, Konnor and Selah Clark. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other loving family members.
