He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie Elvington (Betsy) of Phenix City, AL and Debbie Haley of Dallas, GA; his wife Rachel Boyette Elvington of Phenix City; his children, Elly, Tony and Kendall; his uncle Ed; and his aunt Janice Haley. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
