He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Demereus Q. Crowell and Derrick Q. Motley Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Frankie Lee Crowell of Phenix City, Alabama, Curtis Lee Crowell of Phenix City, Alabama, Travis Omar Crowell of Phenix City, Alabama and Nina Bernice Crowell of Phenix City, Alabama; his sisters, Betty J. Davis and Stella Hobson; his brother-in-law Willie Gene Crowell; and his friend Melissa Henry. He is also survived by 14 grand children, three great grandchildren.
