He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Will Cook and Shirley Jean King Cook. He is survived by: his wife Beth Barbee Cook; his children, Jeremy Cook and Amanda Jones; his sister Janet Pickrell; and his grandchildren, Makenleigh Cook, Kyra Jones, Jaxson Cook and Hunter Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous other loving family members.
