She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Toney and Joseph Toney; her stepfather Joseph Toney (Sarah); and her siblings, John Henry Patrick, Frank Patrick and Fellesher Toney.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Jackson, Taperther Cohen (Timothy), Charlene Jackson and Martin A. Williams, Jr.; her grandchildren, Tashley Cohen, Chira Sandles, Tianna Cohen and Quindarius Williams; and her sisters, Mary A. Brundidge and Helen D. Patrick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
