He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jacquin and Virginia C. Gary Jacquin; his son Kirby Dollar; his siblings, Elaine Langbehn, Gary Jacquin and Bobby Jacquin; and his granddaughter Amber Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Banks Jacquin; his children, Ashley Jacquin, Cyndi Henderson (John), Carol Hasson (Michael), Tyler Jacquin and Kenneth Dollar (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, James Henderson, Quincy Henderson, CJ Cotton (Pahola), Michael Hasson Jr., Gage Dollar (Haley), David Ancona, Zoe Dollar, Shelbi Lopretto (Adam) and Hailee Watson. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many very special nieces, nephews, extended family, and many caring friends.
