He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McCurley Spivey of Phenix City, AL; his daughter Deneese Spivey of Phenix City, AL; his siblings, Josephine Slappey, Frank Spivey and Leon McCurley (Debbie); and his nieces and nephews, Marshall Spivey (Diana), Kathyjo Gordon (Michael), Lisa Spivey, Robert Busch, Gary Spivey, Cricket, Sasha and Tinkerbelle. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
