He was predeceased by: his parents, Katie Lewis and Lewis Allen. He is survived by: his niece Modell McKenzie; his siblings, George Allen of Albany, NY, Tommy Allen (Laura) of Phenix City, AL and Madell Dowdell (Charles) of Salem, AL; his friend Johnnie Mae Edwards of Salem, AL; and his cousin James Allen of Salem, AL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other family and friends.
