She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Grier and Lizzie B. Grier; and her husband Charles Landrum Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Charles Thompson, Jr. (Lisa) and Belinda Thompson West (Roy); and her grandchildren, Aaron Thompson, Dewey West, Abbey West, Jacob West and Brianna West.
