He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Culpepper Weaver; his parents, Charlie H. Weaver and Earline Fountain Weaver; and his sister Sherry Weaver Wood. He is survived by: his son Jimmy "Jimbo" Weaver, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Robin Weaver; his son Ken Weaver; his grandchildren, Kendall Weaver, Garret Weaver, Blake Lorentz and Leslie Jackson (AJ); his great grandchildren, James Jackson and Madelyn Jackson; his friend Joyce Osborne; and his sisters, Gayle Head and Deborah Taylor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
