It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Glen Carver of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Glen Carver and Carrie Bell Bingham Carver; and his siblings, Glenda Ann Carver, Samuel Ray Carver and Ronald Gasaway.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Bagley Carver; his children, Stacy Carver Benson (James) of Canton, Jamie Lynn Carver Woods (Demarcus) of Wynne, Gina Carver Yarbrough (Jason) of Canton, Georgia, Cynthia Burkett (Ricky) of Smiths Station, Larry R. Bagley (Yvonne) of Columbus and Stephanie Carmoega (Michael) of Russell County, Alabama; his siblings, Sheila Brotman (Joel) of Woodstock, Kathy Gasaway of Marietta, Georgia, Larry Gasaway (Patty) of Canton, Lewis Gasaway of Greensboro, Ricky Gasaway of Sandersville and Tim Gasaway (Sherry) of Acworth, Georgia; his grandchildren, Ansley, Maxwell "Max", Sawyer, Caleb, Colton, Calailah, Sierra and Charlie; and his great grandchild Kovu. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
