He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Miller, Sr. and Rochelle Miller; and his siblings, Nathan, Willie Frank, George, Fletcher, Jr., Ruby Nell, Johnnie Mae and Katie Nell.
He is survived by: his children, Shelia Threat (Tommy), Delinda A. Henley and Allen James Henry; and his brothers, Robert Stephens (Peggy) and Coneal Miller (Annie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
