She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. England, Sr. and Brucie Green Turner; and her husband Frank Spivey, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Katrina Dianne Spivey, Phyllis Spivey, Frank Spivey, III, Derrick Keith Spivey and Frederick Spivey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
