She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie McDougald and Dora McDougald; her husband Rev. Albert Churchwell; her sons, Larry Churchwell and Randy Churchwell; and her grandson Jason Churchwell.
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Churchwell; and her grandchildren, Adam Churchwell, Kristy O'Steen, Jamie Boyette, Hope Cobb, Angie Henderson and Eric Henderson. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
