He was predeceased by: his father Michael Bruce Boyette; and his stepparents, Ann Boyette and Jerry Freeman. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Spivey Boyette Freeman; his wife Jill Sims Boyette; his daughters, Hannah Boyette, Rachel Elvington (Josh) and Elisabeth Proia (Mikey); his grandchildren, Tony, Mel, Elly, Abi, Trey, James and Ian; and his brothers, Mark Boyette (Sherry) and Billy Freeman (Robin). He is also survived by relatives including nieces and nephews.
