It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James H. Walton (Phenix City, Alabama), who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Havard Walton and Lee Cora Walton; and his siblings, Albright Walton, Bobbie Walton, Jacqueline Walton and Brenda Walton-Lyons.
He is survived by: his daughter Chaka Tolbert of Ft. Valley, GA; and his siblings, Minnie Tate (Brookie) of Seale, AL, Haywood Walton (Irma) of Salem, AL, Lincoln Walton (late Anna) of Marvyn, AL and Eddie Walton (Annette) of Columbus, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
