Neel; his wife Nancy Jean Hodge Neel; his children, Shelaine Brown and Eric Neel (Jeri Lynn); his siblings, Judy Dean Pritchett (Billy) and David King Neel (Carrie Miller); his sister-in-law Pat Trawick; his grandchildren, James Judson Neel (Carson), Jacob Brooks Neel, Lainey Jade Brown, Alaina Remington Brown, Dalton Dempsey (Cheyenne) and Dillon Dempsey (Melanie); and his great grandchildren, Millie James Neel, Kylie Dempsey, Nate Dempsey and Rosie Dempsey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and numerous friends.
