He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel Forlines and Lois Harper Forlines. He is survived by: his wife Janet "Jan" Forlines; his children, James D. Forlines, II (Kim), Elizabeth Austin (Harmon), Jimmy Hall (Ann) and Brad Hall (Tiffany); his stepmother Dean; his siblings, Olivia Forlines Dalton, Sheri Johnson (Joe), Dana, Jeremy Forlines, Larry White (Katie) and David White (Marie); his grandchildren, Nolan Forlines, Matthew Austin, Chris Austin, Kayla Holloman (Cameron), Tommy Hall and Aubrey Hall; and his great grandchildren, Brantley, Calvin, Ellen Grace, Anastasia and Waylon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, co-workers, and many caring friends.
