He is survived by: his wife Johanna Elizabeth Noethzel Lyons; and his children, Shirley J. Nelson (Tracy), Harry C. Lyons, III (Judy), Steven R. Lyons, Ronnie J. Lyons (Katherine) and Richard W. Lyons. He is also survived by grandchildren, and (19) great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
