He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold S. Coulter, Sr. and Mary Stewart Coulter; his sister Susan Coulter Howard; his brother-in-law Bev Howard; and his niece Mary Anna Howard Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Stokes Coulter; his sons, Jay Coulter (Adicia) and Sam Coulter; his grandchildren, Caroline Coulter Pippins (Dalton), Craig Coulter, Clay Coulter (Gracie), Sammie Coulter and Gage Ingram; and his great grandchild Carmen Coulter.
