He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Donald Faulk, Sr. and Carolyn Joretha Adkinson Faulk; and his sons, Ronnie and Daniel Terry. He is survived by: his wife Marie Faulk of Phenix City; his children, Sarah Terry of Phenix City, Brandy Dawson of Phenix City, Jerry Faulk III of Phenix City, Shannon Dawson of Phenix City and Casey Dawson of Phenix City; his siblings, Sheila Davis (Mitch) of Phenix City, Dawn Brown of Phenix City, Terry Faulk and John Faulk (Laura) of Phenix City; and his daughter-in-law Sherri Cottrell of Fort Hood, Texas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
