He is survived by: his wife Gloria Shiver Carroll; his son David Frank Carroll (Becky); his grandchildren, Patrick Carroll (Ali), Mary Margaret Carroll Bishop (Brandt), Blake Crouch and Luke Crouch; and his great grandchildren, Luca Carroll and Weston Bishop.
