He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Skeen; and his wife Tina Causey Skeen. He is survived by: his son Steven Hopper; his grandsons, Steven Alton Hopper, Nicholas Hopper and Michael Hopper; and his sister Martha Skeen-Chabot. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
