He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Cecil Duncan and Martha Nadine Paschal Duncan; his wife Constance Whatley Duncan; and his siblings, Myrtle Thomason, Frances Duncan, Earline Duncan, Frank Duncan, Scott Duncan, Joel Duncan and Earl Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Garry Duncan (Kay Lynn) of Salem, AL, David Duncan of Franklin, TN and Kristen Blackshear of Phenix City, AL; and his grandchildren, Coleton Adams and Katelyn Blackshear. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
