He is survived by: his mother Mary Lewis Hoskins; his children, Brandy Hoskins, Kisa Willis and Decius Manuel; his siblings, Mary Hoskins-Hudson, Mildred Lois Wyatt, Alicew Denise Smith and Otis Hoskins (Loresa); his grandchildren, Amani, Levi, Messiah, Arkisia, Brinazia, Deasia, Dwan, Destiny, Jabori, Lakeila, Jaimon, Nahla, Desiya and Decius, Jr.; and his caregiver Versaline Hoskins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the C. T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home (1514 5th Ave, Phenix City, AL 36867).
